when i ordered the cartridges, the screen flashed and said if I ordered 3 sets and put on my Amazon.Com Visa card, that I would get $40.00 off on my entire purchase. When I received my bill I was only given a $30.00 credit. I contacted the credit card company and was told that I was only to get a $30.00 credit. I told the company that it clearly stated on my order that I would get $40.00 I was told they would check into it.
My cartridges were hard to install and be compatible with my printer. But with help from someone, we got them working properly.I feel sure that I will order from this company again.

I own a MP450 and I managed to print out 2-3 jobs with the "ink low" message, but now I can print at all. I'm receiving an "ink cartridge cannot be recognized" message that does not allow any printing.

There is not alot to say, I mean it arrived in acceptable time, it works in the printer, and its ink!! The price is great. Now, my Canon printer does not recognize that I have installed new ink, but in reality I really do not care, as long as it prints. I did think it was cool that they included envelopes so you could send your empty cartridges to them, and they would use them to refill. I do have a smudge down the paper, but I think that is due to needing to cleaning the heads, which since I installed Windows7 I have not reinstalled the options for the printer. But overall if you looking to save some money in printer ink, this is a great place to buy from.

While these cartridges are cheap, the performance has been poor. The color cartridge smears on the top right corner on every printout and they have already stopped printing because the ink is gone. I've only used the cartridges for about 2 months and I would say I've only printed about a fourth of what I'd expect to get from a new cartridge.
