The product seems fine. The shipping was a nightmare with FedEx. Took over 3 weeks to be delivered. By that time we were out of toner for our printer and our office was without the capability to print. Company shipped another order which didn't arrive until over a week after the first order finally showed up.
Will never order again as long as FedEx is the only option for shipping.

Aside of the product being way over priced, the Cyan cartridge came damaged causing much grief. It kicked toner through out my printer, causing a pager jam and now all my pages come crinkled. This by all means was not the fault of the supplier, or shipper, but whom ever manufactured the cartridge. I did recieve a new cartridge at no extra charge for the exception of my time and a trip to send the defunked one out.
