I felt this company/product deserves one star because it's not really clear who makes this cartridge in the description. After realizing that these aren't made by Brother, I contacted the company (to make a return) twice via email with absolutely no response. That's $100 down the tubes.

I can't comment on the way these inks work, I didn't even put them in my printer after realizing they are not the Brother cartridges. However, I know there is a lot of skeptism out there about using non-OEM ink cartridges. It will also void the warranty on the printer. Otherwise, shipping/billing was as expected, not particularly fast, but not slow. It took about a week to receive my items.
