I had a little trouble replacing it because I think the instructions were a little backwards (said the shiny side should be one way but when putting the roll on, the shiny side was the other way). It works fine though so I think maybe I'm just a little backwards.

The item was received in a timely manner. Our Fax is old, but I was happy to find they still have the ribbon available. It would be great if it used an easier type but it doesn't so until the fax decides to go to fax heaven, I will have to use this type of ribbon.

This was a total waste of money. These rolls did not fit my cartridge. When I
received the product the box they came in did not say they fit the FAX 575. I tried
to "jerry rig" the rolls onto the cartridge but it just didn't work. I got the
product in good time but was disappointed. For the same price, I got a cartridge
with rolls from a different company this week. Oh well, live and learn.

Worked quite nicely. MUCH cheaper than the OEM solution. No instructions included, but it is pretty obvious...
