I received the product a while ago and just loaded it into the copy machine. It was extremely easy to do and took about 2 minutes.
I have bought toner from Amazon before and found they always had the lowest prices for these types of office products.

I haven't found any problems with GTI's generic products. I have purchased & used toner & drum replacement for a fraction of the cost, and I placed my 3rd order today for another toner so that I will have a spare for my fax/printer. Shipping has been very quick. I will continue to use & recommend this seller.

The remanufactured unit had a gray hue to the white paper on the first print. This is a sign of the unit going bad. Not very happy with quality.

The advertisement pictured a Brother brand drum unit. What I received was a generic unit. I returned the unit as it was not what was advertised. Amazon refunded the purchase price but not the shipping charge. The advertisement was misleading and I would not have ordered the toner and drum unit if they would have said it was a generic. I have had less than good experiences with toner refils and generic brands. I believe Amazon should have refunded the shipping charge.
