Federico Zanelato has finished the SALC House in Sao Paulo, Brazil which gets a unique living room and kitchen designed in an integrated manner and this combination adds a lot of attractive value to the house upfront. The plot is located against a sharp ascent facing a thicket so therefore the structure gets a single floor with higher level to accommodate the view as well.
Other important amenities like the bedroom, playroom, office and bathrooms are at the rear portion of the house thus making space for a courtyard for family gatherings and activities. There is a flat roof that covers the structure and it creates another volumetry which houses the water tank as well.
This house has an unusual design. It’s a very beautiful and modern house. It has a very nice design, both in terms of exterior design as well as of interior décor. Every room has a specific look, a different atmosphere and décor. But what they all share in common is the modern and simple style.
It’s nice how all the materials and patterns work together and form a complete and equilibrated image. And all the different colors also work together to form complementary and colorful images. It’s a beautiful design, modern and elegant and also stylish. I like the glass walls. They are a very nice detail, allowing you to admire the outside views, but you can also have some privacy when you want.
